Payment methods We accept Acceptance Mark and most major credit cards.

When making a purchase, you will be given the option to select the method you choose for making payment.

We do not accept checks or money orders except in person at our Tomah, WI location.  COD orders will not be accepted.

If you already have a PayPal account you will be able to Login to your account during checkout.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to complete checkout if wishing to directly pay with a Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Store ship-to locations We currently ship to the United States only.

When truck shipment is required, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

Exceptions to our shipping policy will be made on an individual basis, and must be done PRIOR TO PURCHASING.  Additional costs may apply for non-standard shipping arrangements.

Shipping & Handling We ship via UPS, expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) can be selected prior to checking out.

In-stock items will ship within 24 hours following purchase (Monday -Friday), next business day following weekends or holidays.

Our UPS pickup is 3:30 PM Central Time, orders made after 2:30 PM Central Time will be shipped on the next business day.  We make every attempt to ship the same day for in-stock items when ordered prior to our UPS pickup time.

In-stock items ordered for LOCAL PICKUP will be available for pickup at our Tomah, WI warehouse during our normal will-call hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 P.M. Central Time Monday through Friday.

Occasionally, we may ship items directly from the Manufacturer's nearest stocking warehouse to expedite the receipt by the customer of their product.

All shipping charges are based on shipping from Tomah, WI  54660 and utilize the UPS published residential rates.  If you are considered a UPS commercial address, by un-checking the 'Commercial Address' box during checkout you will be charged UPS commercial rates. 

Shipping weights as listed are for calculating shipping costs and may vary due to additional packaging requirements or lack thereof.  We pride ourselves on packaging to make certain you will receive your item intact.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated as best possible to combine items that can be shipped together.  Shipping charges may be adjusted after checkout but they will not exceed the amount charged during checkout.  Please contact us if there are any questions regarding our shipping policies.

Sales tax 5.5% will be added to total cost including shipping if buyer is in Wisconsin or shipped to a Wisconsin address.

Wisconsin tax-exempt organizations can mail or FAX a completed Wisconsin Exemption form to the above address if tax exempt status is desired.  Once received we will refund any taxes that may have been paid in error.

Sales Policies We reserve the right to cancel purchases from anyone who attempts to purchase from outside of the United States of America or selects an invalid shipping method.

Orders for items that are not currently in stock and unavailable from the manufacturer may be subject to cancellation with full refund to the purchaser.

Customer service & return policy We offer a 30 day return policy on new items unless stated otherwise in our product listings.

Capacitors, electrical controls and other electrical component parts are not returnable.  Items that have been installed and used in most cases are not returnable.

Unless stated otherwise, all items are NEW and in original packaging.  All returned items must be in new condition as originally shipped to customer with original packaging intact.

There is a 15% restocking charge for all returns, shipping and handling is not refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.  A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns and can be obtained by calling customer service at (608) 372-9384 or by emailing sales@electricmotorsite.com.  All returns are to be made to our warehouse in Tomah, WI.

Returns without an RMA will not receive a refund and will be returned to customer at their expense.

Any refunds are given in the form in which original payment was made, less any restocking charges.  Refunds will be issued within 7 days following receipt by us of returned item.
